This training centre, I think is very good, because if you don’t have the training centre we really don’t know what the consequences, because the society is more and more advanced now so if you don’t have a high quality team is really a very troublesome thing, so the importance of the training centre will show up at this time, I really don’t know this things what not good place, so I am also very support our company personnel to the training centre for training, I know this price is not cheap but no matter for the company or for an individual is a good thing, so I just such a decision.
